Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Laredo, TX by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive coast to coast with HMD Trucking’s cohesive team of CDL A dry van operators.
Experience consistent freight lanes, with pay starting at 77 CPM split and weekly mileage averaging 5,000 miles. Roll in modern tractors under three years old, all outfitted with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as part of an OTR team to deliver dry van freight safely
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report any issues
