The Fedcap Groups’ Sanford site seeks a Career Advisor to support a caseload of participants facing barriers to employment, guiding them from referral through job placement. You’ll mentor, refer to services, and help build readiness for meaningful work in a collaborative team. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed career development.
