Treasury Management Specialist Sr - Dallas or Austin, TX

Job Overview The Treasury Management Specialist Sr provides comprehensive sales support and sales analysis for the Treasury Management Sales Advisor, including compiling data for Sales Advisors, creating RFPs, proposals, pro‑forma pricing analyses, and handling client sales needs when an advisor is not available. Responsibilities Direct sales via telephone as well as joint and individual calls with advisors and/or RM/BB partners. Contribute to team revenue goals. Identify and execute cross‑sales across an existing Treasury Management portfolio. Possibly handle direct responsibility over a portion of an Advisor’s portfolio. Coach, counsel and mentor other Sales Specialists. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management. Preferred Qualifications General knowledge of a wide variety of treasury management/cash management software, hardware and operating systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
