You're a driver, not a passenger. If you're tired of sitting at receivers for 6 hours only to get paid $20 in detention, it's time to switch to an account that pays for your pulse, not just your pedals.
- Weekly Miles: 900 - 1,100 miles (Short, dedicated runs).
- Mileage: $0.82 - $0.88 CPM (Experience-based)
- The Big Money: $340 per trailer for the unload (Gravity Rollers)
- The Extra: $25 per backhaul
- The Total: Average earners gross $1,800-$2,050/week. * Annual Potential: $95,000 - $105,000+ ---
- Predictable Resets: Choose Mon-Fri (Sat/Sun off) OR Tue-Sat (Sun/Mon off).
- Assigned Gear: Late-model Freightliners or Kenworths (Avg. 18 months old).
- Take It Home: Take your truck home for your reset. No slip-seating.
- Routes: Dedicated lanes throughout WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY.
- Experience: 6 months Class A T/T experience (40ft+) in the last year.
- Stability: No more than 2 driving jobs in the last 12 months. (We want pros, not hoppers).
- Location: Must live within 100 miles of Joliet, IL.
- Safety: Clean MVR and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- Testing: Ability to pass a DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug screen.
- Full Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
- 401(k) with company match.
- 72" Raised roof sleepers with APUs and Inverters.
