(Client requires minimum: Master’s)Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience delivering home health physical therapy services. Clinical experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred.Ability to manage a caseload across multiple service areas including Cambria, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the coverage area. Mileage reimbursement will be provided per client policy.Professional appearance consistent with client dress code: royal blue or black scrubs, or khakis with polo shirt.Independent contractor status acceptable.
