Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students by lending your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a dynamic and supportive educational environment. This district-wide, contract-based opportunity offers you the chance to work across multiple schools, providing direct support and supervision for students and Behavior Support Assistants throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
As the primary BCBA, you'll collaborate with educators and special education teams to facilitate meaningful behavioral interventions and ensure a positive impact on student outcomes. Your leadership and insight will be crucial in guiding staff, supporting students with a variety of needs, and shaping a district-wide culture of success.
What We're Looking For:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (must hold or be willing to obtain Washington state license)
- Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school or similar setting is preferred
- Ability and willingness to supervise Behavior Support Assistants
- Commitment to in-person service; virtual services/supervision not permitted
- Willingness to obtain fingerprint clearance through OSPI
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans for K-12 students
- Supervise Behavior Support Assistants across the district
- Collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress, report on outcomes, and adjust plans as needed
- Provide training and ongoing support for school personnel implementing behavioral interventions
This full school year contract offers stability and the opportunity to see real progress over time, as you work from September 2026 through June 2027.
