Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.25/hourly

As a General Production Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping deliver high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, food safety, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove defective or damaged products and materials from production lines
• Perform visual inspections of packaging for accuracy, proper seals, and code/date compliance
• Stack cartons and trays onto pallets using established pallet patterns
• Operate pallet jacks safely to move finished products
• Support machine operators and production team members to maintain efficient line operations
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas following GMP and housekeeping standards
• Follow all safety procedures, plant policies, and food safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors across shifts
• Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational flexibility
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity concerns
• Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible and willing to rotate between tasks and work areas

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (8–12-hour shifts)
• Frequently reach, grasp, and perform repetitive movements
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
• Maintain continuous visual attention to products and equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels, temperature-controlled areas, and occasional exposure to dust and slippery surfaces
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and schedule adjustments based on production needs
