Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

This role is with a boutique PT practice specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy. They pride themselves on providing excellent care that has a lifelong positive impact on our patients' lives.

Requirements

• Active NJ PT license (or other active PT license and willing to obtain NJ licensure)
• 1+ year of pelvic floor experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, including patient care and related administrative tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time salary: $90–110K
• 3 weeks PTO
• 401K enrollment with up to 3% match after 1 year of employment
• CEU credits and opportunities to host, teach, and participate with the team

Schedule & Structure

• Salaried at 36 hours (FTE); 32 hours of patient care per week maximum
• Flexible hours
• No evenings past 7pm
• No weekend hours required

Mentorship & Development

• Hands-on mentorship for the first 3–6 months, and beyond if desired
• Ongoing clinical development opportunities within the team
