Data Analyst

A client of Insight Global is looking for a remote data analyst. This role focuses on building and optimizing Workday reports while supporting end u through a ServiceNow ticketing system. On a day-to-day basis, the individual responds to ad hoc data requests, communicates with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, and analyzes trends in incoming tickets to identify opportunities for improved or new reports. They collaborate with their team to modify existing reports, consolidate data from multiple systems (e.g., OCR, travel and expense tools), and contribute to dashboards and data visualization efforts-ultimately enabling u to access real-time insights through tools like Power BI or Tableau. This position is remote but must sit in AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, or WY.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years of data analysis and pulling reports from an ERP system
• Bachelor's degree in IT, analytics, or related field
• Knowledge and experience running and creating reports
• Experience utilizing tableau or power BI for data visualization and building reports
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Advanced skills in excel (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, etc)
• Previous experience communicating with non-technical end u
