A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in Computer & Information Science ( CIS ), business, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, the College may consider applicants with an associate degree, relevant work experience, professional licensure, certifications, or other demonstrated competencies in the subject area. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive working relationships with students, peers, supervisors, and staff. Willingness to teach and communicate using a variety of instructional methods, including email and online learning management systems. Commitment to meeting students’ learning needs and empowering them to succeed. Preferred Qualifications: A master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in the subject area, a related field, or a master’s degree in education. Serve as an academic resource for students, offering guidance on coursework, study strategies, and academic progress. Encourage student engagement through active discussions, collaborative projects, and real-world applications of course material. Be available for student inquiries and provide office hours or virtual support as needed.
