divh2Oracle Hcm Payroll Consultant/h2pMultiyear contract for Oracle HCM Payroll (OTL, BI Reports, HCM Fast)./ppFirst two weeks need to be on site in Tampa - after that 1 day in the office a month./ppJob Summary: Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting solutions, interfaces, integrations, and reports for Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP products using Oracle Fusion technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI loads, REST and SOAP calls, HDL templates, Fast Formulas, BPM, OTBI./ppJob Duties:/pulliEnd to end solution delivery to include eliciting requirements, proposing and documenting viable solutions, unit testing, implementation and ongoing support/liliProvide application support of all assigned applications by troubleshooting problems to determine if they are data, configuration and/or software defect related issues and take appropriate actions to get them resolved/liliServe as a technical subject matter expert on projects or in work groups tasked with implementing business process improvements/liliRecords all information related to incidents and problems in call logging software, including vendor provided call logging software/liliPerform application configuration tasks as required/liliAssist in all major releases/updates/liliAnalyze root cause of problems, recommend resolution and preventative measures/liliShare knowledge with technical and functional support analysts/liliPerforms other duties as necessary./li/ulpMinimum Education and Experience Requirements:/pulliA bachelors degree (or higher) and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience/liliPlease note: Degree is preferred but will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-specific competencies. Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with an emphasis on HCM/liliKnowledge of HR and Payroll processes in Oracle HCM/liliProficiency using HDL, Fast Formulas/liliBasic understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications base tables/liliExperience designing, developing, tuning and testing integrations in OIC including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI file uploads, and extracting ERP Cloud data using BIP reports/liliExperience developing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Workflows (BPM)/liliAbility to analyze and resolve complex problems/liliAbility to articulate complex technical issues and solutions to all levels of management and staff./li/ul/div
