We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive sales of our HCM software to mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven professional with experience in B2B software sales, a strong understanding of HCM solutions, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect mid-sized businesses that can benefit from PeopleGuru’s HCM solutions.
• Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.
• Present and demonstrate the value of our HCM software to HR professionals, executives, and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine sales strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in HCM technology to effectively position our solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Work closely with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or HCM solutions.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to succeed.
• Ability to understand complex HCM solutions and explain them in a way that resonates with prospective clients.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales progress.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management solutions is a plus.

Compensation Package:

Job Type – Full-Time (Hybrid)

Base Salary – $65k plus commission

Hybrid: Three days in office two remote
