We are currently hiring local candidates to support two data center projects in the Monroe area, expected to last about one year. Able to pass a medical exam & drug test
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops/ladders
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
Comfortable working outdoors
Construction or electrical experience is a plus (but not required!)

What You'll Be Doing:

Installing lightning protection systems on rooftops
Assisting with grounding system installations
Learning to read blueprints and construction plans
Handling materials and tools on active job sites
