Technical Project Manager – Level III (Infrastructure / Platform) Why this role exists InfoIMAGE delivers both new software capabilities and core platform and infrastructure initiatives in regulated environments. As a Technical Project Manager – Level III, you’ll own end-to-end delivery for a mix of infrastructure, platform, operational, and client-driven initiatives. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end delivery for infrastructure, platform, and operational initiatives Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, application engineering, security, and operations teams Apply structured delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or operational models) where appropriate Manage risks vs. blockers, dependencies, and mitigation plans across technical teams Partner with engineering and infrastructure leads on estimation and capacity planning Use delivery and operational metrics (MTTR, throughput, incident trends, SLA adherence) to drive decisions Deliver concise, decision-oriented status updates Ensure compliance with PCI, SOC2, ADA, HIPAA, as applicable Maintain high-fidelity tracking in Jira, Confluence, or ADO Coordinate change approvals, release readiness, and production environment stability Collaborate effectively with distributed/onshore/offshore teams What you’ve done 5–7+ years delivering technical projects (software, infrastructure, or platform initiatives) Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or operational workflows) Demonstrated ability to use delivery and operational metrics to drive decision-making Experience managing cross-team dependencies across engineering, infrastructure, and operations Excellent communication with technical teams and executives Experience with Jira, Confluence, or ADO Experience with distributed teams Background in banking, healthcare, financial services, or print/communications Nice to have PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent certifications Experience with infrastructure or cloud environments Familiarity with incident management, change management, or ITIL-based service frameworks Interview Process Short project walk-through (infrastructure or platform initiative preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr InfoIMAGE
