Service Sales RepresentativeThe Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth and renewing our customer base by selling the company's full portfolio of security, fire alarm, CCTV and access control services solutions. This field-based role focuses on developing new client relationships, renewing and growing existing accounts, and delivering customized solutions that meet customer needs.Role QualificationsAbility to work collaboratively across departments and effectively communicate customer needs to support successful sales outcomes and exceptional customer service.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory sales plans to achieve growth objectives.Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to customer requirements.Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity records in the CRM system.Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.Essential Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2 to 5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.Highly motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.Security, fire alarm, or access control industry experience preferred.Knowledge of construction bidding and project sales is a plus.Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentFrequent travel to customer and prospect locations within assigned territory.Ability to work in office, customer, and construction site environments.Regular use of computers and other standard office equipment.
