Human Resources Operations Manager

Our client is a Financial Services firm in Manhattan. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across U.S. operations, including FLSA, EEO, ADA, Title VII, NLRA, and WARN requirements. Oversee the administration of all employee leave programs, including FMLA, state-mandated leave, parental leave, short- and long-term disability, and personal leave, managing eligibility reviews, required documentation and notices, leave tracking, and coordination with payroll. Review and oversee Open Enrollment and Benefits renewal. Work with the Head of HR to implement and assist with performance management and employee development reviews. Facilitate and communicate HR policies and strategy updates and changes. What We’re Looking For : Qualifications & Requirements: Must have experience implementing new HRIS systems 6+ years of experience in HR Operations Background in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services preferred The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
