Quick Facts Location: Monroe, WI (515 22nd Avenue) Start Date: 11/19/2026 End Date: 08/26/2027 Shift: 24-hour day shifts, Thursday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM (consecutive shifts) Hours/Week: Flexible, based on scheduling needs Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certs: Active Medical License in WI, Pediatric Certification (if applicable) Experience: Prior pediatric clinical experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1,419.60 Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements as applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team from VHS What You’ll Do Provide high-quality pediatric care to emergency and urgent patients Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR system Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards Support community health initiatives when applicable What You Need Medical license in Wisconsin Pediatric certification (e.g., Pals, FNP-Pediatrics, or equivalent) Prior pediatric hospital or emergency department experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care About the Assignment This position is at a well-respected healthcare facility serving the Monroe community.
