Schedule: 30 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Hours/Shifts Negotiable)
Interview Process: Virtual Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a busy Pediatric practice. The LPN will provide clinical support to pediatric patients ranging from newborns through young adults (up to age 23). This role focuses on immunizations, medication administration, patient support, and coordination of care in an ambulatory setting. Key Responsibilities

- Administer vaccines and immunizations to pediatric patients from birth through age 23.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Process medication refill requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete and manage patient forms, letters, and clinical documentation.
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical workflows.
- Educate patients and families regarding immunizations, medications, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
- Support daily clinic operations while delivering excellent patient-centered care.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- Experience administering pediatric immunizations .
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment.
- Pediatric nursing experience in an ambulatory/outpatient setting .
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong customer service and patient education skills.
