Service BDC Professional –Toyota Job Responsibilities Contacting our new and existing Service department customers via telephone and/or email Set appointments for our valued Service customers. Contact customers to confirm or reschedule appointments. We will train on existing computer systems Shift will be 9a-6p, Mon-Fri with ability to work some Saturdays 8-5; we are closed on Sunday Skills / Qualifications Bi‑lingual – English/Spanish Speaker is a plus! Strong computer and telephone skills Microsoft Office knowledge is important – Word and Excel Prior Call Center experience preferred but not mandatory Appointment Setting/Telemarketing Experience Preferred Great Telephone Communication Skills Able to multi‑task Team Player The ability to manage high call volumes and call lists simultaneously Strong organizational skills Job Requirements High school diploma/GED Basic computer skills Must have valid driver’s license Compensation Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
