We are currently seeking compassion and serving oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for immediate start. Bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful one-on-one care to older adults in the comfort of their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities also include following care plans schedules and reporting any changes to family members and supervisors. Our CNA will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure a safe and supportive environment while cultivating positive relationships and communication with clients and family members.

New employee orientations are held bi-weekly.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Active CNA license (Required)
• HCA Registration (Required)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
• Reliable transportation / Driver's License (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• Vital signs monitoring: 1 year (Preferred)
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dementia or Alzheimer's experience a plus

License/Certification

• CNA (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility support and help with safe transfers around the home
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, following dietary preferences or restrictions
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation or activities
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation to appointments
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Communicate regularly with family members or supervisors about client needs and changes
• Follow care plans and schedules provided by the agency or family
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior
