Service Technician

Dealership: L0377 Audi Van Nuys Audi Van Nuys Now Hiring Service Technician Pay: $36.84 to $45.00 per flat-rate hour. Production Bonuses Available: Technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings through production-based bonus programs. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced. Complete all required training. Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training. Participate in and use technical training as assigned by management. Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs. Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience Diagnostic, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities Experience with European, luxury, or highline brands. Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and repair information systems ASE Certifications. Audi or Volkswagen experience. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The range for this position is $36.84 to $45.00 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
