Available Shifts Part‑time 16 hours/week: 6 a – 2 p on Saturdays and Sundays. Part‑time 24 hours/week average: Week 1: 2 p – 10 p on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: 2 p – 10 p on Tuesday, Thursday. This position requires someone who has had a Driver’s License for at least one year and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Responsibilities Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors. Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
