Senior Business Analyst – Mobile Applications & Design Systems Position Summary We are seeking a highly collaborative, self-motivated Senior Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, Agile environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing priorities across multiple product teams. In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Design System contributors, and engineering teams to define and deliver customer-facing mobile experiences. You will play a key role in translating business objectives into scalable product requirements that support the evolution of our Design System and mobile application platform. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Design System contributors, and engineering teams to define, document, and refine business and technical requirements. Support the evolution and adoption of the Design System by translating business needs into scalable, reusable component requirements and experience standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer-facing capabilities and platform enhancements across the mobile application ecosystem. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, backlog refinement sessions, dependency discussions, and cross-functional alignment meetings. Create and maintain Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation. Identify, track, and manage dependencies across Agile teams to ensure alignment between Design System initiatives and native mobile application delivery plans. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Support release planning, testing readiness, user acceptance activities, and production deployments. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented. Drive effective communication and collaboration across multiple product teams while managing competing priorities. Required Qualifications Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex initiatives in Agile environments. Experience working with mobile application development teams, particularly iOS, and customer-facing digital products. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation, and Agile software development practices. Experience documenting Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and Given/When/Then scenarios. Ability to translate business objectives into detailed, actionable functional requirements. Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while working effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Design Systems and reusable component libraries. Knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and customer experience design principles. Experience in retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, or other customer-focused industries. Familiarity with design collaboration and visual documentation processes. They are comfortable facilitating discussions, managing competing priorities, identifying cross-team dependencies, and transforming business needs into well-defined requirements that enable successful product delivery. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days on site, not open to fully remote.
