Technical Business Analyst

Seeking a Technical Business System Analyst Role: Technical Business System Analyst Location: Columbus, OH - Onsite Work Duration: 6 Months of Contract to Hire NOTE: It’s only W2 Position; Client won’t sponsor visa in future Required Qualifications 5–7 years as a Business/System Analyst; at least 3+ years supporting .NET and/or Java application teams. Strong command of requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria). Hands‑on experience with: SQL (querying, data validation), data mapping, ETL exposure; familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres). Nice to have Mortgage/banking domain knowledge—loan lifecycle, compliance, servicing, payments, and reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder facilitation, and problem‑solving skills. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. This role is open to those seeking W2 employment. Salary Range The salary range for this role is $100K- $110K per Annam.
