Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric/gynecologic patients according to established standards and the nursing process
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes
- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff across multiple levels
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Document care in the medical record, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient safety
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to prioritize patient needs and support family education

Requirements
- Active RN license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain; licensure verification will be performed
- OB/GYN nursing experience or recent practice in obstetrics/gynecology preferred
- Ability to work nights and participate in a traveling assignment
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with standard nursing documentation and adherence to patient care standards
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality obstetric/gynecologic care
