Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Tillamook, OR. Start date: 08/24/2026. Duration: 8 weeks. Weekly pay: 2,127–2,207 per week. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days. Setting: Critical Access Hospital travel assignment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ER for an assigned group of patients, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient data, identify care needs, and develop and implement an appropriate care plan; monitor and adjust as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and escalate concerns per clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and coordinate care with other disciplines; supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
- Support discharge planning, patient and family education, and provide pertinent health information to treatment teams.
- Document care accurately in the EMR, ensure patient safety, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (Oregon) or eligibility to practice in Oregon.
- Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS certification required.
- Minimum two years of recent experience in ER or acute care.
- BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred.
- Proficiency with EPIC and Cerner EMR systems preferred; ability to work in Epic/Cerner environments.
- Ability to work in a rural, community-based hospital setting and maintain professional standards of care.
