Join us!Position SummaryThe warehouse associate will be responsible for handling/moving/documenting raw materials, finished goods, and in-bound freight in the warehouse. The warehouse associate will prepare products for shipment for internal and external customers.Position QualificationsThe specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, skills, abilities, level of education, and experience necessary for successful performance. These competencies are generally demonstrated through specific service, education, or training.Knowledge: Acquired through education, certifications, training, experience.Must be familiar with proper packing methods and materials.Experience with FedEx ship Manager and UPS Worldship required experience with online freight carrier software is desirable.Experience with scanners is helpful.Skills & Abilities:Basic math and computer skills required.Attention to detail and being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Level of Experience:Previous warehouse experience in a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of 2 to 4 years is preferred.Experience in operation of electric pallet rider for the open role required.Level of Education:Minimum of 2 years of High School education is required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCheck orders picked for accuracy.Pack orders for shipping.Ship products via FedEx, UPS, or Freight carrier.Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow prescribed safety regulations.Follow all company quality and compliance regulations.Other duties as required.Other ResponsibilitiesFocus on achieving our Company missionDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily work; look for ways to improve and promote quality & safety.Inspire the trust of others; treat people with respect and dignity and embrace the value of diversity.Use time efficiently; perform job accurately, thoroughly, and conserve Company resources to improve profits.Contribute to building and maintaining a positive team environment.Assure all policies and guidelines are implemented and followed.Quality PolicyAt AirLife, Quality is our promise.
