Your primary focus will be ensuring that every customer receives their shipment with precision and punctuality. Leverage handheld scanning devices and digital tools to monitor stock levels. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and orderly. Work alongside colleagues to achieve our collective daily output targets. Support the team by performing stock counts and replenishing inventory when necessary. Ensure that any errors or operational concerns are communicated to management immediately. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or an equivalent educational background is preferred. Prior background working in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial. Strong focus on precision and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Physical capability to handle heavy objects and remain on your feet for long durations. Fundamental technical proficiency and experience with systems used for inventory tracking. Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and team cooperation. Availability to maintain a flexible schedule, covering evening and weekend hours as required.
