Order SelectorRichmond, VAJob SummaryWe are currently hiring Order Selectors for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in a cold storage/refrigerated warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced produce and distribution environment. Order Selectors will be responsible for accurately selecting and filling customer orders, staging completed orders, and safely moving products throughout the warehouse.Shift: Sunday – Friday | 4:00 PM until finishOvertime: Unlimited overtime availableKey ResponsibilitiesSelect and fill customer orders accurately and efficientlyStage completed orders for deliveryOperate a pallet jack safelyMove and organize products throughout the warehouseLift and handle products weighing up to 50 poundsFollow order sheets, instructions, and warehouse proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and proceduresWork efficiently to meet daily productivity goalsAssist in other warehouse areas as neededWork effectively with team members and supervisorsSkills and ExperienceMinimum 1 year of previous warehouse experience requiredPrevious order selecting experience is a plusForklift experience is preferred but not requiredWillingness to receive forklift and other job-related trainingExperience operating a pallet jack is preferredAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work in a cold storage/refrigerated warehouse environmentAbility to work a physically demanding, fast-paced shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable and punctual attendanceNo attendance issuesPositive can-do attitudeAbility and willingness to learnMust be comfortable working until the job is finishedIdeal CandidatePunctual and dependableReady to work and motivatedExperienced in a warehouse environmentComfortable working in cold storage/refrigerated temperaturesWilling and able to receive trainingA strong team player who works well with othersSafety-conscious and detail-orientedFlexible and willing to assist in different areasLooking for consistent work and overtime opportunitiesBenefitsDon't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programReady to Get Started?
