This role partners with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and delivery teams to define future-state business processes, harmonize capabilities across organizations, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The position drives requirements management, business process transformation, integration planning, solution validation, and business adoption across commercial, customer, and patient-focused functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead business analysis strategy, requirements management, business process transformation, and solution definition for strategic Salesforce initiatives.Drive current-state and future-state process analysis, business capability mapping, and operating model harmonization across Healthcare and acquired businesses.Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.Partner with business and IT teams to standardize and harmonize processes across organizations.Key Skills:Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud)Business Process Analysis & TransformationRequirements & User Story ManagementSalesforce Integrations & Data MigrationAgile / Scrum DeliveryStakeholder Management & Workshop FacilitationUAT & Solution ValidationJira DevOpsCross-Functional LeadershipCommunication & Problem SolvingWork Experience 10-15Year
