Job Description

• Support onsite operations for ground-up multifamily developments (70-80 units)
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, trade sequencing, and inspections
• Assist with maintaining and updating project schedules (Microsoft Project or similar)
• Help enforce safety standards, site compliance, and quality control processes
• Participate in site meetings and assist with reporting and documentation
• Track punch list progress and support project close-out activities
• Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven jobsite environment

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of construction experience, preferably within multifamily or similar asset classes
• Exposure to ground-up construction and onsite field operations
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project (or comparable tools)
• Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple trades simultaneously
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and quality control processes
• High level of organization with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude
