Scrum Lead & PM for data security program

Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Lead & PM for data security program for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving delivery of data security and IAM initiatives through strong Agile execution and stakeholder coordination.

Rate Range: $47/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Scrum Lead & PM for data security program Job Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure smooth execution of the data security program.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across IAM and security workstreams.
• Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and compliance requirements.
• Track progress and provide clear status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers while driving continuous improvement in Agile practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, with strong focus on security initiatives.
• Proven experience leading Agile delivery for data security, IAM, cybersecurity, or compliance programs with Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills with the ability to ensure regulatory and security compliance across crossfunctional teams.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
