This role will analyze datasets, dashboards, and KPIs to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and help clients and internal leaders make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and naturally curious problem solver who knows how to ask the right questions, connect data to business outcomes, and recommend where additional data can improve decision-making.As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Customer Strategy & Design team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, translating findings into business insights, and helping clients use information to make informed decisions.Analyze datasets, dashboards, and key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.Translate data findings into clear business insights, strategic recommendations, and reporting outputs for client and leadership audiences.Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define business questions, success metrics, reporting needs, and opportunities to improve measurement approaches.Identify gaps in current data and recommend additional sources, inputs, or enhancements that could improve analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and discussions tailored to executive and non-technical stakeholders.A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe teamDeloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
