Lead Teacher – Now Hiring at Learning Days Daycare

Learning Days Daycare

Learning Days Daycare is currently hiring a passionate and reliable Lead Teacher for our Gresham location! We are looking for someone who loves working with children and creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Position Details

Position: Lead Teacher
Location: Gresham
Pay: Starting at $22+ per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-time
Ages Served: Infants through Preschool

Responsibilities

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
Communicate professionally with families and staff
Follow Oregon licensing rules and center policies
Encourage hands-on learning through play-based and Montessori-inspired activities

Qualifications

Experience working in childcare or early childhood education preferred
Current enrollment in the Oregon Registry preferred
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and families
Preferred bilingual in Spanish and English
