Responsibilities Look around the property and communicate to the customer what can be repaired or what our company can handle. Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. Sometimes we fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more. Maintain punctuality and efficiency, uphold integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction. Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations. Qualifications Good overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry, Drywall, Tile, some Electrical, some Plumbing. Proper equipment: basic hand tools, drill, level, etc.; larger and specialty tools provided as needed. Strong troubleshooting skills – quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally. Excellent communication skills – able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. Presentability: clean‑cut appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools. Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
