Work Environment

This role will require you to work onsite at our outpatient office, providing you with direct interaction with patients and a supportive team environment. The facility is designed to facilitate effective therapy sessions, featuring advanced rehabilitation equipment and spacious treatment areas. Our clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional capabilities and limitations, establishing baseline metrics to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing patient mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting recovery.
• Engage in therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, movement re-education, and neuromuscular re-education tailored to each patient's needs.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to reflect changes in condition or achievement of goals.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and best practices for injury prevention, ensuring they feel empowered in their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

The patient population you will serve encompasses individuals of all ages who are experiencing a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic therapy, showcasing your ability to effectively address the specific needs of this patient demographic.
• Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills to inform decision-making processes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
