Regain Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Red Bank, New Jersey. Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in a vibrant outpatient office located in Red Bank. Operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, our facility fosters a professional yet friendly atmosphere that encourages teamwork and open communication. Each therapist works closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and impairments, utilizing a range of assessment tools to establish a baseline and develop a tailored treatment plan.

• Demonstrate proficiency in executing treatment protocols, ensuring interventions align with current best practices and adapting these approaches in response to patients' evolving needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress, including daily encounter notes, interim summaries, and discharge evaluations, to provide continuity of care and reflect patient outcomes accurately.

• Consult with other healthcare professionals as appropriate, recognizing when there are changes in a patient's condition that necessitate adjustments to treatment plans or further intervention.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and case conferences to share insights, collaborate on patient care strategies, and stay updated on advancements in therapy practices.

• Engage in proactive discharge planning by coordinating follow-up care and ensuring patients are educated about their treatment plans for ongoing success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse orthopedic population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, those managing chronic pain, and athletes seeking to improve performance or prevent injury. Our evidence-based approach ensures that each patient receives personalized care designed to optimize recovery and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

• A current valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey is mandatory.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is essential.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly preferred.

• Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
