Work Environment

Located in the heart of Red Bank, our outpatient clinic offers an engaging and supportive environment, conducive to both professional growth and patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure personalized attention and high-quality care.
• Exemplify expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery.
• Implement cost-effective treatments aimed at improving motion and mobility, with an emphasis on non-surgical alternatives.
• Design and adjust comprehensive care plans, integrating diverse treatment techniques and modalities.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that address specific patient requirements and lifestyles.
• Utilize advanced EMR software, particularly Web PT, to accurately document patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Promote patient motivation and adherence to therapy through positive reinforcement and shared goal-setting.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure cohesive treatment pathways for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, sports-related issues, and post-operative care. Our patient demographic varies widely, providing ample opportunities to develop customized treatment plans. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• A clean professional record with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective patient interaction and collaboration.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Web PT, to ensure accurate documentation and optimal workflow.
• Current knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques, supported by research and best practices in the field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in treating sports-related injuries and enhancing athletic performance.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
