Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Community Manager to lead the overall performance and success of a portfolio of multifamily communities. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development across assigned properties. The Regional Community Manager will: Lead and support Property Managers and onsite teams in achieving occupancy, revenue, expense, and customer service goals. Oversee property operations, conduct regular site visits, and ensure communities meet company standards. Monitor financial performance, budgets, collections, occupancy, renewals, and operating expenses while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings. Recruit, train, coach, and mentor onsite teams while building a culture of accountability and professional growth. Partner with ownership, asset management, and corporate leadership to develop and execute property strategies. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant regulations, company policies, and safety requirements. Support marketing, leasing, retention, renovations, capital improvements, and other strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including 2+ years in a multi-site or regional leadership role. Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices. Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel regularly between assigned communities.
