This exciting contract opportunity offers three onsite positions, serving a vibrant community. Located near Hockessin, DE, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in elementary, middle, and high school settings, working collaboratively to facilitate student success.

You’ll enjoy the diversity of working across multiple school sites:

• Lancashire and Maple Lane Elementary (split assignment)
• Mount Pleasant Elementary
• Split caseload between Middle and High School

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required for consideration)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for fostering student growth, autonomy, and participation
• Willingness to undergo and fund $85 background check/fingerprinting process

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group OT interventions in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
• Support students’ participation in academic and daily activities
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and legal requirements
