Job Summary The Claims Operations Specialist provides support to the Claims Division Operations Coordinator, the Claims Division, and the Claims Management team. This person will use strong analytical, research, and communication skills, coupled with the training and tools we provide, to effectively support key business processes that impact the company’s operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing diverse projects and activities in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of professional experience in an office setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
