Site Development Project Engineer

Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Site Development Project Engineer for our Warrenville office. The primary role of this position is to work on site development projects, while assisting on other stormwater, infrastructure, and transportation projects as needed. The primary role of this position is to prepare civil engineering design drawings and supplemental reports relating to land development and infrastructure projects. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications (Required): Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering 5+ years of site development related experience Experience in land development and stormwater analysis and design Excellent written and oral communication skills Site development experience with state and local regulatory agencies Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all project stakeholders (client, contractor, sub-consultants, residents) Strong interpersonal and communications to interact with the public and resolve problems with contractors Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, or MicroStation is a plus Must be able to work independently and with a team on projects Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, dependable, personable, able to multitask, and work effectively as a team member Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident (without sponsorship) ERA offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits such as generous medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401K with employer match, paid vacation, and 7 holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Engineering Resource Associates, Inc.
