Customer Service Representative – Full Time Store Supply Warehouse is adding dedicated, service‑oriented professionals to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at our main headquarters in Bridgeton, MO. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point person for customer questions and concerns, handle inbound calls, and enter orders into our system. Key Responsibilities Provide an excellent customer experience through phone, email, and chat by addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Proactively engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails to introduce Store Supply Warehouse. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up to date with SSW product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products or services to meet those needs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Customer service experience of one year or more in a call center preferred, but not required; training will be provided. Computer literate, proficient in data entry and typing. Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask. Ability to work in a quick‑paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action when necessary. Experience with outbound sales, telemarketing, or company/product introductions a plus. Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required. Willingness to maintain a safe and ethical work environment and work effectively as a team member. Benefits Starting hourly wage of $17.50 per hour. Opportunity for growth and merit increases.
