Senior Financial Data Analyst

Senior Financial Data Analyst (Open) Location: Tulsa, OK - W. 7th St. - Management - Central BSC Responsibilities Provide support to FP&A for financial analysis, internal reporting, and modeling. Support business finance functions for sales, operations, HR, pricing, and administration. Create and distribute monthly and quarterly metrics and analytics for each regional company. Spearhead the budgeting process, including quarterly forecasting/modeling. Support reporting processes and incentive program calculations. Develop continuous improvement of reports provided to the field. Contribute to the utilization of data warehouse reporting tools and conduct training sessions (Business Warehouse and Power BI). Build strong relationships with Division and Regional teams. Assist in acquisition due diligence, analysis, and integration. Mentor and develop junior analysts. Participate in other projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in finance or related field. At least 5 years of financial reporting/financial analysis experience. Familiarity with financial statements and investment decision concepts. Experience mentoring coworkers and working in teams. Ability to manage multiple levels of priorities between division, local and corporate management. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system development. Preferred: MBA (Master of Business Administration). Preferred: Experience with SAP. Preferred: Knowledge of industrial companies.
