Salesforce platform Administrator local only

Salesforce Platform Administrator (local only) Location: Hybrid Nashville, Tennessee

Experience: 5+ years Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce users, provisioning, profiles, permission sets, and security access.

Configure page layouts, Salesforce Flows, automation, validation rules, and data model changes.

Maintain Salesforce data quality through data cleansing, validation, and duplicate management.

Support Salesforce functionality across Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration tasks.

Support sandbox preparation, testing, releases, and deployment activities.

Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards while supporting multiple Salesforce organizations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional Salesforce administration experience.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, security, configuration, flows, and automation.

Experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with agencies, vendors, and internal Salesforce teams.

Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required or must be obtained within the established timeframe.

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification required or must be obtained within the established timeframe.
