Laganis Pediatric Dentistry, Maple Grove, MN
$25 - $28/hour; Full-time | Monday – Thursday
A four-day work week, every week. No Fridays, evenings or weekends. Laganis Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the first friendly face our families see. Dr. Venetia Laganis and her team are known for helping children feel comfortable, overcome fear and anxiety, and build a positive attitude toward dental care. You'll play a big part in that from the moment a family walks in.

What We Offer $25 - $28 per hour based on experience
Monday – Wednesday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm

Welcome patients and parents and make every visit warm and stress-free
Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and reminders
Manage patient intake and keep medical histories accurate and complete
Verify insurance coverage and process claims
Follow up with families on treatment plans and coordinate referrals
Answer phone calls and patient questions promptly and professionally
Maintain patient records
What You Bring
At least 2 years of recent dental front office experience (required)
Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software
Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear, compassionate communication with children and parents
The ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced office
Dentrix experience a plus
