Job Description

Deliver essential diagnostic imaging services as an X-ray/Radiologic Technologist, supporting clinical teams to provide quality patient care. This contract opportunity offers the chance to utilize your expertise in a collaborative environment dedicated to medical excellence.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Qualifications/Experience:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• State licensure as required
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Proven experience as an X-ray Tech or Radiology Technologist in a healthcare setting
• Knowledgeable in operating radiographic equipment and adhering to proper safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and colleagues
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiologic and X-ray procedures as ordered by medical staff, following established protocols for safety and accuracy
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and clear communication of instructions
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images and ensure proper documentation and image transfer
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and work area in compliance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety measures at all times
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to support prompt diagnosis and patient care
• Keep accurate, timely records and assist with department workflow and administrative duties as needed

$1,806 - $1,904/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
