TIG Welder/Fabricator | 1st Shift

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $20-$25/hour

Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for an opportunity to work on high-end custom projects? Join a growing fabrication team specializing in architectural stainless steel railing systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, and finishing while working on unique, custom-built products.

What You'll Do:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel railing systems while maintaining exceptional quality and appearance standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols to accurately fabricate custom products.

• Measure, layout, cut, fit, bend, grind, polish, and assemble stainless steel components.

• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drill presses, benders, brakes, grinders, and polishing tools.

• Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer specifications.

• Collaborate across multiple departments in a custom fabrication environment, taking projects from raw material to finished product.

• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• TIG welding experience with stainless steel required.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols.

• Strong measuring and layout skills using tape measures, calipers, protractors, and related tools.

• Experience with stainless steel fabrication, grinding, polishing, assembly, and finishing.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely in a production environment.

• Recent graduates from LCCTC or Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology are encouraged to apply.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBIA, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
