Job Title: Data Clienthival Specialist Location - Alpharetta, GA(Remote) We are seeking a skilled Data Clienthival Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise data Clienthival and retention solutions. The candidate will work closely with business, compliance, infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, retention, and disposal of organizational data while meeting regulatory and business requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data Clienthival strategies aligned with organizational retention policies.
- nalyze data growth patterns and identify Clienthival opportunities across applications and databases.
- Design, configure, and maintain Clienthival solutions for structured and unstructured data.
- Manage data lifecycle processes including retention, Clienthival, retrieval, restoration, and purging.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Implement automated Clienthival workflows to optimize storage utilization and system performance.
- Monitor Clienthival jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure successful execution.
- Support data migration and legacy system decommissioning initiatives.
- Perform Clienthival testing and validation to ensure data integrity and recoverability.
- Strong understanding of Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) and Information Governance.
- Experience with enterprise Clienthival platforms such as:
- Experience with data migration, backup, recovery, and storage technologies.
- SQL scripting and data analysis expertise.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Clienthival and storage solutions.
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks. Resource Logistics
