Your Day-to-Day: Champion quality care and ensure residents thrive Mentor and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs) Collaborate with families, doctors, and care teams Keep documentation sharp, accurate, and timely Drive compliance, safety, and infection control protocols What We’re Looking For: Licensed RN in Virginia 2+ years in long-term care/SNF (management experience a big plus!)
